Umpire Accreditation Levels

The purpose of the Accreditation Framework is to outline what is necessary for an Umpire to progress and develop. For too long there has been a perception that passing the Level 4 Examination meant an Umpire was at a point where they should be considered for higher honours i.e. selection to a panel. There is much more, than passing examinations that show knowledge of Law and Playing Conditions, required for an Umpire to fully develop and reach their potential. Hopefully this framework will help indicate to every Umpire what is needed.
